Brampton resident Terence Everet Watson charged with Second Degree Murder

Homicide investigators have made an arrest after a shooting that claimed the life of a 23 year-old Brampton man. 

On Sunday, December 18, 2011, at 11:51 p.m., officers responded to a residence on Newby Court for a disturbance call. Police located a male victim inside the house with obvious signs of trauma caused by a gunshot wound.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as 23 year-old Richard Forbes of Brampton.

Police have arrested Terence Everet Watson, a 25 year-old Brampton resident. Watson has been charged with Second Degree Murder and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on Tuesday, December 20, 2011.
