Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted Canada-wide for breach of a long term supervision order after he failed to return to his halfway house on the evening of January 16th.
Kevin Scott Miller has a history of sex offences involving adult and teenaged women, and recently completed a four-year sentence after being convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault. The Vancouver Police Department believes that Miller is a high risk to offender violently and sexually.
Miller is 43 years old, white, 6’ tall, 175 lbs., with a shaved head and blue eyes.
