The Major Crime Section of the Ottawa Police Service is presently investigating a homicide which occurred on January 22, 2012 at 2:20 am on Dalhousie Street between Besserer Street and Rideau Street.
The victim, Navid Niran, 24-years-old of Ottawa, was found with stab wounds. He was subsequently transported to the hospital by ambulance where he succumbed to his injuries.
