The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing 21 year old female, Norma Andrews. Andrews was last seen on January 24th, 2012 in the downtown area.
Andrews is described as Aboriginal, 5’8” tall, 140 pounds with short straight brown hair and brown eyes.
Andrews is known to frequent the downtown areas.
Investigators are concerned for her wellbeing.
