On Saturday, February 19, 2011, at 11:37 a.m., police responded to a call for unknown trouble at 150 Burrows Hall Boulevard, Unit #118.

On Monday, February, 21, 2011, the 16-year-old girl died in hospital.

The cause of death will not be released as it is a matter of evidence before the courts.

On Thursday, March 8, 2012, Cindy Ann Sherry Ali, 41, of Toronto, was charged with:

1. Manslaughter
2. Criminal Negligence Causing Death
3. Fail to Provide Necessaries of Life
4. Attempt Obstruct Justice
5. Public Mischief
6. two counts of Fabricating Evidence

She appeared in court at College Park on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 10 a.m.
