Three men facing charges following home invasion

On March 13, 2012, three men appeared in Burton Provincial Court to face charges in connection with a home invasion on March 10, 2012 in Vespra, N.B., near Tracyville.

Two men from Tracyville, 20-year-old Daniel Burton and 18-year-old Cody Dusablon along with 25-year-old Perry Palmer from Stanley are all charged with robbery and wearing a mask to commit an offence.

On March 10, 2012 at approximately 3:00 a.m. three men entered a house armed with baseball bats. Two men in their 20’s were home at the time. One man sustained serious head injuries while the second individual suffered minor injuries.

The three men left the home with electronic games and phones.

District 2 RCMP, with assistance from Codiac Regional RCMP and the Fredericton Police, arrested all three men within two days of the incident.

All three men have been remanded in custody until their next court appearance on March 26, 2012.
