The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Conie Grace Paje Zambrano, 23, also known as Grace Paje, was last seen on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 11 p.m., at an address on Dunwich Place.

She is described as 5′, 119 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a green sweater with white stripes down the side, light blue jeans, white and baby blue running shoes and carrying a pink purse with a shoulder strap.

Police are concerned for her safety.
