On Friday, May 25, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– the accused is a nurse at the Toronto Western Hospital, 399 Bathurst Street
– on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, the accused sexually assaulted a patient at the hospital
Angelino Aguas, 44, of Brampton, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
The accused was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, May 25, 2012, room 101, at 10 am.
Police believe there may be more victims.
