On Thursday, June 28, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Sunday, June 24, 2012, the accused, a registered nurse at The Scarborough Hospital Birchmount Campus, sexually assaulted a 44-year-old man who was awaiting treatment at the hospital.
Miguel Rojas Leal, 45, of Vaughan, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
The accused was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, June 29, 2012, at 10 a.m.
People believe there may be more victims.
