The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Charles Anthony Downey, 39, was last seen on Sunday, July 8, 2012, at 11 p.m., in the Keele Street/Wilson Avenue area.
He is described as black, 5’10”, 230 lbs., brown eyes, heavy build, bald and clean-shaven. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue baseball cap with a red/white logo, a mesh sleeveless shirt with white on the back and unknown colour on the front, faded baggy blue jeans and white running shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
