The following Information was just received from our Intelligence unit this morning.
Blackberry users were being warned, Thursday, about a potential virus.
Several callers to the 680 newsroom reported getting messages that appeared to be from Canadian company Research in Motion, with instructions to forward the message to everyone on their contact list.
The message included a link to a potential virus.
However, RIM officials have told 680News the message is not from them and they have advised customers against forwarding the message.
