The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing woman and a wanted man.

Emily Neilson, 20, was last seen on Friday, July 20, 2012, just after midnight, at Hoops Sports Bar, 125 Bremner Boulevard. She is described as white, 5’2″, 100 lbs., with brown hair and bangs. She was wearing a grey blazer.

She was seen leaving in a brown 2004 Nissan Altima, with Ontario licence plate: BDFW 357. She was in the company of Donovan Neilson, 20.

Donovan Neilson is wanted on three counts of Fail to Comply. He is described as white, 6’1″, 130 lbs., with short, straight, brown hair and blue eyes.

Police are concerned for her safety.

Update: Emily Neilson, 20, was located on Sunday, July 21, 2012, at approximately 7 a.m.

Donovan Neilson, 20, remains at large.
