Sarah was last seen on July 13, 2012 at approximately 9:00 p.m. in the North End area of Winnipeg.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers Sarah to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
She is described as: Caucasian, 5’6” tall, 126 lbs, having shoulder length golden brown hair.
