Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing 25-year-old man from the Town of Richmond Hill.
Richard Mullen was last seen on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at approximately 3:30 a.m., at a residence on Crosby Avenue near Yonge Street.
Police and Mr. Mullen’s family are concerned for his well-being as he is currently under the care of a physician.
He is described as:
– Male, white
– 5’7”, 150 lbs.
– Blue/green eyes
– Brown shoulder-length hair normally in pony tail
– Last seen wearing a blue T-shirt and brown and grey shorts
The investigation is ongoing.
