On Monday, May 3, 2010, at 11 p.m., police responded to a call for a fire in the Eglinton Avenue East/Bayview Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
– police responded to a call for a house fire,
– the accused was seen driving away from his home at the time,
– the fire was deliberately set.
David Scott Young, 41, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Arson,
2) Mischief Endangering Life,
3) Common Nuisance.
He is scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Tuesday, May 4, 2010, room 501, at 10 a.m.
The investigation is ongoing.
