On May 14, 2010 Stephen Patrick Maguire was charged with first degree murder for the homicide of Deborah Gunn. The 44-year-old man was sent for a 30 day psychiatric assessment and will be returning to Moncton Provincial Court on June 14, 2010 at 1:30 pm for election and plea.
The victim’s body was discovered in her home on Enterprise Street in Moncton by a family member around 10:15am on May 10, 2010.
