York Regional Police is seeking public assistance in locating a missing 78-year-old woman from the City of Vaughan.
Maria Carvalho, was last seen on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at approximately 1:40 a.m., when she purchased gas at Keele Street and Langstaff Road. Police and Ms. Carvalho’s family are concerned for her well-being it is unusual for her to be gone for an extended period of time without contacting family or friends.
She is described as:
– Female, white
– 5′ 5″, 180 lbs.
– Brown and grey short wavy hair
– Last seen wearing a beige or gold jacket and blue pants.
Update: Maria Carvalho was located in good health and reunited with her family.
