Ahmed Shahin Mohammad-Nazim, 20, of Ottawa charged with assaulting a Toronto Parking Enforcement Officer

On Tuesday, May 25, 2010, a man was arrested and charged for allegedly assaulting and threatening a Parking Enforcement Officer (PEO).

It is alleged that:

– on Tuesday, May 25, 2010, at 5:47 p.m., a PEO was working at the Woodbine Mall on Rexdale Boulevard.

– a man slapped the PEO in the face with a parking ticket,

– the accused drove his vehicle in front of the PEO’s vehicle, blocking his route,

– the accused spat on and kicked the PEO’s vehicle,

– the accused then threatened the PEO with bodily harm,

– police attended the scene and arrested the man.

There were no injuries to the victim.

Ahmed Shahin Mohammad-Nazim, 20, of Ottawa, is charged with:

1) Assault
2) Threatening Bodily Harm
