The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Arthur Louttit, 40, was last seen on September 23, 2012, at 10 a.m., in the Bond Street/Shuter Street area. 

He is described as Aboriginal, 5’7”-5’8”, 150 lbs., with long black hair. He has a large surgical scar on the left side of his head. He may be wearing a black leather jacket, black jeans, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. 

Police are concerned for his safety.
