The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 14 year old female, Jasmine Pascal.
Pascal was last seen on November 15, 2012 in the area of Sherbrook Street and William Avenue.
Pascal is described as Aboriginal, 5’3″, 125 pounds, short straight brown hair with a shaved right side and blue/green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and black pants.
The Winnipeg Police Service considers Pascal to be a child in need of protection as she is at high risk of being exploited or victimized and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
