A 52-year-old Moncton man faces a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor as well a charge of sexual assault following an investigation by Codiac Regional RCMP.
Dennis Peter Paul Murphy appeared in Moncton Provincial Court this afternoon in relation to incidents alleged to have taken place between September 2011 and November 2012 in Moncton. He is also charged with failing to comply with a recognizance.
He was remanded until Friday November 30, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. for a bail hearing.
