The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing boy.
Matthew Hind-Powell, 17, was last seen on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at noon, in the Lake Shore Boulevard West/Islington Avenue area.
He is described as white, thin build, 6’4”, blue eyes, unshaven with blond, straggly hair. He was last seen wearing a green/grey sweatshirt, a black/white cap and black/white shoes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
