Ottawa police search for missing girl Jasmine Olleik

The Ottawa Police Service is seeking the assistance of the public in locating a missing young girl who is believed to be in the company of her mother, Nina Grebenschikov. Jasmine Olleik, 9 years old of Ottawa, was reported missing on November 28th by her father who has full custody of the child. 

Jasmine was last seen at approx. 3:00pm on November 28th walking with a women and getting into a blue four door sedan in the 1500 block of Blohm Drive. She was wearing a pink winter jacket and pink/brown boots that day. 

Jasmine is described as a white female, 5’1’ (155cm), slim build, with short dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Her mother Nina is described as a white female, 42 years old, 5’ 7’ (170cm), 125lbs (57kg), with auburn hair and hazel eyes. She may have recently dyed her hair blonde.

Update: The Ottawa Police Service wishes to advise that 9-year-old Jasmine Olleik of Ottawa was located safe and sound in North York, last evening, following a two week long investigation. 

Ottawa Police, with the assistance of Durham Regional Police, found the girl in the presence of her mother. Jasmine is in the process of being returned to her father in Ottawa, who has full custody. 

As a result of the investigation, charges are pending against Nina Grebenschikov. She is expected to appear in court today.
