Toronto man Michael Heys-Walsh & woman Emily Fraser face five counts on fraud investigation

On Thursday, December 27, 2012, police arrested a man and woman in connection with a fraudulent e-ticket sales investigation.

It is alleged that:

– the accused were placing ads on kijiji to sell fraudulent concert tickets to a One Direction concert at the Air Canada Centre in July 2013.

On Friday, December 28, 2012, police executed a search warrant at a home in the College Street/Spadina Avenue area.

It is further alleged that:

– police seized fraudulent e-tickets, including a printer and credit card data

Michael Heys-Walsh, 21, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Fraud Under
2) Uttering forged document

He was scheduled to appear in court at College Park, on Friday, December 28, 2012, room 501, at 10 a.m.

Emily Fraser, 23, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) Fraud Under
2) Uttering forged document
3) Possession of Ecstasy

She was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, December 28, 2012, room 501, at 10 a.m.

Police believe there may be more victims.
