The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year old female, Shenelle Bestley. Bestley was last seen in the Charleswood area of Winnipeg on Friday, December 27, 2012.
Bestley is described as a black female, 5’6”, medium build, long straight brown braided hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants and ankle brown boots.
Police are concerned for Bestley’s well-being.
