Man wanted for sexual attack on a woman was walking in Raycroft Park, Toronto

The Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.

It is reported that:

– on Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at 5:37 p.m., a 47-year-old woman was walking in Raycroft Park, in the Avenue Road/St. Clair Avenue West area,

– a man approached her from behind,

– he grabbed her and sexually assaulted her,

– the man was scared off by a cyclist,

– the man fled the scene.

The suspect is described as Asian, 5’2"-5’8", 150-180 lbs., stocky build and short, black hair. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, navy-blue T-shirt, beige or khaki pants.
