Orangeville man Ryan Bell charged in connection with an internet luring investigation

On Wednesday, January 23, 2013, the London Police Service Cyber Crime Unit arrested a 34-year-old Orangeville man after an internet luring investigation that began in December 2012. 

Ryan Bell has been charged with 3 counts of telecommunication with a person under 16 years of age for a criminal purpose, contrary to section 172.1(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
