At 1 a.m., police responded to a report of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) crash in the 200 block of East Pennant Road. Upon arrival, officers learn an ATV had gone off the road. The forty-year-old male driver died at the scene. Halifax Regional Police Accident Investigation members attended the scene to assist in the investigation which is ongoing at this time.
