The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance with an aggravated assault investigation.
It is reported that:
– the assault took place on Thursday, June 12, 2010, in the early-morning hours, in the Lakeshore Boulevard West/Islington Avenue area,
– the victim was involved in a loud verbal altercation, which resulted in him being knocked unconscious,
– he was discovered by a passerby and police were contacted.
Jason Miller, 30, of Toronto, is charged with:
– Aggravated Assault,
– Assault with weapon.
