On June 11, 2010 at approximately 7:30 p.m., Uniform members were dispatched to a grocery store located in the area of the 1300 block of Sargent Avenue regarding a gun related incident.
 
The investigation has revealed that 4 suspects allegedly entered the business and began selecting various merchandise and concealing it on their persons. The suspects subsequently exited the business making no attempt to pay for the items.
 
The incident was observed by Loss Prevention Officers at which time three of the suspects were placed under arrest without incident. The fourth suspect attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended a short distance away. While being escorted back to the store, the fourth suspect produced a handgun and pointed it in the direction of the Loss Prevention Officer. The suspect fled the area in a vehicle.
 
A 21 year old male, 20 year old male and 18 year old female are each facing a charge of Theft Under $5000.00. They have been released on a Promise to Appear.
 
As a result of the investigation conducted by members of the District 2 Crime Unit, Daniel Colin FOUI, 21 years of Winnipeg is currently wanted by Police.
