The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 13 year old missing female, Chloey McKay.
McKay was last seen on February 22, 2013 in the Downtown area of Winnipeg and investigators are concerned for her well-being.
McKay is described as Aboriginal, 5’7” in height, 130 pounds, with short straight black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a purple checkered parka, beige Ugg boots, and black tights.
