Mississauga man John Fabiano charged with two counts on sexual assault

The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch, working with McMaster University, has arrested and charged a Mississauga man after investigating reported sexual assaults.

On February 19th, 2013 the Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch received allegations of sexual assaults that occurred from May 2012 to February 2013.  The suspect was known to the two female victims through their attendance at McMaster University.

Arrested:   John Fabiano, 26 years of age, Mississauga
Charges:    Sexual Assault x 2

He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking with conditions not to attend the University campus and to have no contact with the victims.

The Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Branch continues to investigate.
