The victim and Ealy were gathered at a makeshift homeless camp under the bridge at the above address. Witnesses stated the two men began arguing over drugs and then began to shove each other. The witnesses separated them and Ealy left the area. A short time later, Ealy returned and began verbally and physically arguing with the victim until witnesses once again separated them. Ealy then picked up a brick and struck the victim in the head. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Ealy fled on foot.
