Ottawa doctor Mark Soloman charged for sexually assaulting a female patient

The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section (SACA) has charged an Ottawa doctor following reports of inappropriate touching of a patient that occurred at a medical office located in the 1800 block of Lenester Avenue in Ottawa. 

On March 29, 2013, a 37 year old female patient reported to police that she was inappropriately touched by her doctor during medical appointments. The incidents took place over a period of a year. 

On April 24, 2013 the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit charged Mark Soloman, 76 year old, of Ottawa, with Sexual Assault. He was released on a promise to appear. His next court date is May 9, 2013.
