Toronto man David Stewart faces five counts on child pornography investigation

On Thursday, May 2, 2013, members of the Toronto Police Service Sex Crimes Unit, Child Exploitation Section, arrested a man and executed a search warrant at his home.

David Stewart, 36, of Toronto, is charged with:

1. Possession of Child Pornography
2. Accessing Child Pornography
3. Importing or distributing Child Pornography
4. Make Child Pornography
5. Counselling to Commit Indictable Offence

It is alleged that the accused instructed a person over the internet to commit an indictable act on a young person.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Thursday, May 2, 2013, 10 a.m., room 412.

Police believe there may be more victims.
