Houston police are awaiting autopsy results in the death of a woman found at 1022 Evergreen Drive about 7:15 a.m. last Thursday (May 30).
The victim, Terrie Jo Dunn, 48, of Houston, suffered apparent blunt force trauma and was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital. Doctors pronounced her dead on Friday (May 31).
HPD Homicide Division Officer I. Duplechain reported:
A passerby found Ms. Dunn behind a bar at the above address. She was then transported to the hospital where she later died from her injuries.
The investigation is pending Ms. Dunn’s cause of death, to be determined by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
