The Bold, Confident and Attractive actress Jiah Khan committed suicide at her Juhu residence on Monday night at 11pm. The 25-year-old actor is learnt to have hung herself inside the house with ceiling fan. Jiah was brought up in England and had shifted to Mumbai with her mother Rabiya recently.

“She had been depressed for some time due to personal issues, but was keen on returning to acting soon. She was also meeting filmmakers regarding projects,” sources close to the actress said. The actress debuted opposite legendary Amitabh Bachchan in Ram Gopal Verma’s film Nishabd in 2007. She also acted opposite Aamir Khan in Ghajini (2008) and Akshay Kumar in Housefull (2010).

Actress Dia Mirza reportedly broke the news of Jiah’s death on micro blogging site Twitter. T.V reports suggest that Jiah committed suicide though the cause of her death is still unconfirmed. For now, The Police Authorities have taken the dead body under observation and post mortem procedure.

    This country is ruled by politicians as if they are kings and all laws and support structure are for them.

    We have lost very promising talent every now and then in bollywood because of exploitation, sexual exploitation of women, stigma and also failed relationships. A complete overhaul of the dark scomment_IDe behind bollywood glitter is needed and tight laws must be made.
