The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance locating a wanted man.
Roger Tourigny, 71, is a federal offender, wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant, as a result of his breach of parole.
He is serving a sentence for Possession of Child Pornography.
He is described as white, 5’8", 180 lbs., brown eyes, grey, balding hair and wears glasses. He has scars on his left knee, abdomen and left leg. He also has a tattoo on his left arm.
He is believed to be in the Toronto area.
