On Thursday, July 4, 2013, the Ottawa Police Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit executed a search warrant in downtown Ottawa as part of a joint investigation with the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).
Sandy Romeo Billings, 55 year old, of Ottawa, is charged with Unlawfully Accessing Child Pornography, Making Child Pornography Available, and Possession of Child Pornography.
He will appear in court on July 5, 2013.
