Codiac RCMP had identified the woman whose body was recovered in the Petitcodiac River near the causeway bridge in Riverview on July 7, 2013.
The victim is Tiffany Mertin who had been reported missing to police on July 5.
An autopsy is scheduled to be performed today to establish the cause of her death.
