The Toronto Police Service is continuing to request the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Rick Hazzard, 23, was last seen on Saturday, July 6, 2013, at 9 a.m., in the Jane Street/Weston Road area.
He is described as black, 5’9″, and 150 lbs.
He has the mental capacity of a four-to-seven-year-old child.
Concern for his safety has increased due to the hot weather and duration of his disappearance.
Update: Rick Hazzard was located in Halton Region.
