The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Tseten Phuntsok, 30, was last seen on Wednesday, August 28, 2013, at 11 a.m., in the St. Clair Avenue West/Weston Roadarea. 

He is described as 5’2″, 170 lbs., with short black hair, brown eyes, and a mole on his face beside his nose. He was wearing a black-and-white baseball cap, grey T-shirt, beige cargo shorts, black socks, black Nike runners, and carrying a small yellow bag with a chain attached to his shorts.
