Ontario man James McCullough of Orangeville charged with second degree murder

On Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 7:57 p.m., the London Police Service responded to a 911 call from the Travel Lodge Hotel at 800 Exeter Road. Upon arrival, police discovered the body of a deceased male. Another male was arrested at the scene. Police believe the two males were known to each other. Police are treating this investigation as a homicide. 

The London Police Service Major Crime Section is continuing to investigate. A post mortem examination is scheduled this morning at London Health Sciences Center to the determine cause of death.

20-year-old James McCullough of Orangeville, Ontario has been charged with one count of second degree murder and one count of committing an indignity to a human body. 

Police are not currently seeking any outstanding suspects.
