Kyle Dustin Munroe of Gardenhill, Manitoba charged with aggravated assault in Winnipeg

As previously released by the Winnipeg Police Service on Saturday, June 19th, 2010 at approximately 5:00 a.m., Emergency Services Personnel responded to a residence in the 300 block of Parkview Street regarding a residential break and enter that had just occurred.

The investigation has revealed that an unknown number of suspects had bodily forced entry into the residence and confronted the three individuals within.

Two victims were conveyed to the hospital, one in serious condition and one in stable condition. Both victims sustained serious injuries to their upper and lower body as a result of this incident.

As a result of an investigation by members of the Division 12 Crime Unit, the following male has been arrested:

Kyle Dustin MUNROE, 22 years of Gardenhill, Manitoba is charged with Aggravated Assault X2.

This investigation is still continuing and a further arrest is pending.
