On September 13th, 2013 at approximately 4:19 a.m., Hamilton Police were called to 95 Hess Street South in regards to a disturbance.
As a result of the initial investigation the Hamilton Police Homicide Unit is now investigating.
Initially two men were taken to hospital with injuries. The victim in this disturbance has now succumbed to his injuries and has been pronounced deceased by doctors at the hospital. The victim’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. Cause of death has not been determined. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday, September 14th.
Police have arrested 23-year-old Camiche Lual of no fixed address. Lual will attend Court on Saturday, September 14th at which time he will be charged with Second Degree murder.
