Mounties investigate about the death of Sandpiper Drive woman in Eastern Passage

The Halifax HRP/RCMP Major Crime Unit is investigating a death in Eastern Passage.

Last night, 10:04 p.m., Cole Harbour RCMP responded to a call that 19-year-old female had died at a residence on Sandpiper Drive. The death is considered suspicious at this time and the Integrated Major Crime Unit is investigating. The cause of death has not been determined at this time and the Medical Examiner’s Office will be conducting an autopsy later today.
