Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Rick Hazzard, 24, was last seen on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, at 9 a.m., in the Jane Street and Weston Road area.
He is described as black, 5’9″, thin build, 150 lbs. He is autistic and functions at the level of a five-year-old. He often reaches out to touch people’s hands.
Update: Rick Hazzard was located on Thursday, September 19, 2013, at 6:30 a.m.
