The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Manuel Ribeiro, 79, was last seen on Saturday, August 7, 2010, at 10 a.m., in the Keele Street/Rogers Road area, riding a burgundy mountain bike with a basket attached to the front handle bars.
He is described as white, 5’2", 175 lbs., medium build, clean-shaven and has short, white hair. He was wearing a light-blue golf shirt with vertical white stripes, dark-grey pants and brown leather sandals.
He speaks only Portuguese.
Police are concerned for his safety.
