The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest in a child exploitation investigation.
On Thursday, October 17, 2013, members of the Toronto Police Service’s Sex Crimes Unit, Child Exploitation Section, executed a search warrant at a residence in the area of Kipling Avenue and the Queensway.
Ruben Villegas, 22, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Two counts of Luring a child (under 16)
2) Agreement or Arrangement – Sexual Offence Against Child (Under 16)
3) Accessing Child Pornography
4) Possession Child Pornography
He appeared in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, October 17, 2013.
The investigation remains ongoing.
