Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 17 year-old male.
Fernandez Moonias-Sainnawap was last seen at his residence on Owens Road, Brampton at approximately 7:45 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2013.
Fernandez is described as male, aboriginal, 5’10” tall, 200 lbs, short straight black hair. He was last seen wearing either, a navy blue or multi-coloured t-shirt and dark coloured jeans, no shoes or socks.
Fernandez is 17 years old but functions at the level of a 7 year-old.
Police and family members are concerned for the safety of Fernandez because of the age in which he functions.
Update: Fernandez Moonias-Sainnawap was located today at 11:00 a.m. and was found in good health.
